• All assets will include a watermark that you may not remove.
  
• Your commission process may be recorded.
  
• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
  
• " H E R " has the full right to reject any order that is redeemed uncomfortable.

PAYMENT

• Currency is only accepted in USD and can be paid through PayPal or our website.
• Commissions require a non-refundable deposit to begin work.
• Final payment is due before delivery of the completed product.
• Commissions are non-refundable unless they are not delivered as agreed upon.
  
• Do not make any payments before agreeing a slot and request to send the payment.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• You will be notified when your commission has started.
  
• While working, there will be constant reviews to make sure your request is just right for you.
  
• During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress with the ability to provide feedback.
  
• The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.
  
• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initial estimated delivery time you will be notified.
  
• Once the piece is finished you will receive a ZIP that includes all necessary files.

REVISIONS

• Revisions are unlimited.
  
• Changes are free of cost.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

The entity "H E R" retains the rights to the custom assets. Your order is subject to, but not limited to, the following uses:

• Self-promotion
• Public display (including websites, social media, etc.)
• Online posting

Usage Rights for Commissioned Work

The buyer is granted the following rights:

Personal Use

• You may use the commissioned work for personal purposes unless otherwise agreed.
• Posting the finished piece on your social media profiles, servers, or other platforms is permitted, provided proper credit is given.

Avatar Integration

The commissioned work may be used on personal or commercial avatars, subject to prior agreement.

For any additional usage not listed here, please discuss it with us beforehand to ensure mutual understanding.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reselling the Commissioned Work

Selling or redistributing the commissioned piece without explicit permission.

Claiming Ownership

Presenting the commissioned work as your own creation.

Removing Watermarks

Altering or removing the watermark from the piece without authorization.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refunds After Work Begins

Once work has commenced on your commission, refunds are not permitted.

Refund for Unstarted Work

If unable to begin your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before we start working, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund Procedure

If a refund is necessary, please do not initiate a PayPal chargeback. Refunds will be processed directly through us.

Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a PayPal chargeback without authorization or in violation of this policy:

• You will forfeit all rights to the commissioned work.
• We retain full rights to use, modify, and profit from the commissioned piece in any way.
• Evidence of our communication and completed work will be submitted to PayPal to contest the chargeback.
• You will be permanently blacklisted from commissioning us in the future.
